<p>脳と腸はそれぞれ身体への指揮を出し合う仲<br>しかも脳と腸の絶妙なコンビネーションによって体内は心身共に健康を維持しています。<br>そのために必要な栄養成分のひとつ「トリプトファン」<br>トリプトファンとは必須アミノ酸でもあり、体内では作ることのできない成分なので必ず食事で補う必要があります。<br>トリプトファンは代謝経路によってセロトニンやメラトニンに合成されるものがあり、適量に摂取することで精神や神経を落ち着かせる役割を行います。</p>
